THE COUNTDOWN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC AND GASTRONOMIC EVENT HAS BEGUN

One of the most anticipated events in Krk City, Krk Music Fest, begins on June 21, and it will once again be joined by Food Truck Festival, which will arrive in Krk on June 19. 

The Tourist Board of the City of Krk, together with the co-organizers, the City of Krk and the Center for Culture of the City of Krk, invites you to enjoy great musical entertainment and  gastronomic offers, with the Valamar Riviera once again supporting the festival.

Over the course of three days, Krk Music Fest will host a number of well-known performers – the amazing Queen Sensation is expected to set the waterfront 'on fire' with famous Queen hits and Marko Tolja, Meritas, Ricardo Luque and Amigos and many other musicians and folklore associations are already preparing to create a great atmosphere in Krk City!

We are particularly proud that our event also preserves the island's folklore heritage, because the program highlights folklore societies whose specific music, double-voiced with tight intervals, is inscribed on the UNESCO list of world intangible heritage, while the dances - ¨Krčki tanci¨ - have been declared an intangible cultural asset of the Republic of Croatia. .

The musical pleasure will be accompanied by street food from famous chefs

The combination of music and gastronomy is best experienced when traveling, so it is quite certain that all the Krk City visitors will enjoy a unique combination of all the senses, with a special street food offer available from June 19 to 25! This year, the chef's baton is carried by one of the most sought-after chefs in Croatia, Mate Janković, whose street food gastronomic skills will be on display at the fisherman's dock in Krk City, where the Food Truck Festival will take place, with a total of five food trucks and catering points.
