As part of the rich cultural programme of the city of Krk, the City of Krk Tourist Board has organised a four-part concert cycle by the Krk Brass Orchestra, one of the oldest musical associations of its kind in Croatia. Formed in 1832, Krk Brass Orchestra today celebrates its enviable 192nd anniversary, and throughout their centuries-long history, they have confirmed themselves as a key protagonist in amateur musical creativity in the city and island of Krk.

In the picturesque setting of the square Vela placa, Krk Brass Orchestra has prepared a truly unforgettable musical experience during which the old city centre will resound with traditional compositions written especially for brass bands, as well as surprising interpretations of well-known evergreens, pop and rock classics.
The Tourist Board of the City of Krk invites all music lovers on 3, 11, 16 and 22 July, starting at 9 p.m, to enjoy the performances of the popular Krk Brass Orchestra and to celebrate the rich musical tradition of Krk together!
